The case for Pro Life part 1

I had a "friendly" discussion with 2 of my classmates when we're in school. I honestly didn't expect to encounter 2 Pro-Choice people in our classroom. And to think that they are girls too? Well sadly some just didn't take the matter seriously and some became convince about the case of pro life? Well some of my YFC classmates just didn't bother backing me up, since they also had no experience on the matter, but they're pro life. So here I am today writing about the Case for Pro Life...I am gonna answer this question one by one.

PRO-CHOICE  
1) Nearly all abortions take place in the first trimester, when a fetus cannot exist independent of the mother. As it is attached by the placenta and umbilical cord, its health is dependent on her health, and cannot be regarded as a separate entity as it cannot exist outside her womb. 
PRO-LIFE
Let us imagine that you have AIDS, and you cannot live outside the hospital and you're virtually dependent in all of those things around you to keep you alive. You are dependent completely on the Hospital for your survival, and if you go out, you die because of your frail health. Are you and the hospital one? Are you not a separate entity?  It is dumb to say enough that even though a "thing" is depended on "someone" for life, it cannot be considered as a separate being! By 2 weeks time, the baby already has a different kind of DNA from his/her mother. From the moment of conception the cell already multiplies and is alive. By 3 weeks there is already a genetical evidence whether the fetus would be a boy or a girl? So how the heck are you suppose to let me believe that this "thing" is not a separate entity. Sure it may need dependence on the mother, however he/she cannot be considered as a part of the mother's organ or body. It is a separate form, a separate entity, another human life.

PRO-CHOICE
2) The concept of personhood is different from the concept of human life. Human life occurs at conception, but fertilized eggs used for in vitro fertilization are also human lives and those not implanted are routinely thrown away. Is this murder, and if not, then how is abortion murder? 

PRO-LIFE
Where in the world did you hear that the Pro-Life claim it not to be murder? Some may, but the Church itself claims that it is morally and instinclly evil. But let's go back to morality, Personhood and Human Life? What is personhood? Is it the thing that makes you decide to do the wrong choices? Is it the "FREE WILL" that is misused all the time? Is it the ability to CHOOSE stuff that you could think about? Is it about your fake identity that is seen by people? If that is Persoon hood, this fetuses may have none of it, what we simply ask is Human Life, the perservation of Human Life. Human Life disregards whether the boy is defective, black, white, sick, healthy, fat, strong, young, old, small, big and etc. The value of Life is more precious than this "PERSONHOOD" that you call. So before you abort fetuses because they don't have this "PERSONHOOD" concept yet, then consider their Life :)

PRO-CHOICE
Adoption is not an alternative to abortion, because it remains the woman's choice whether or not to give her child up for adoption. Statistics show that very few women who give birth choose to give up their babies - less than 3% of white unmarried women and less than 2% of black unmarried women. 

PROLIFE
Oh then very good! Then it just shows that when the women who gave birth and was considering abortion before, when they felt their children, and saw the smile of their child's face. They must have realized that they would do whatever it takes to keep this precious baby alive. Rather than wasting their time thinking of stupid reasons to abort that they're not even sure about, such us rejection by parents, or that their child would not have a father, or that they could not let their child eat, as if they're God and they know what happens to their children when they are born. So what you're saying is that rather than letting the Baby live, and give it a chance to decide for himself on his dreams, goals and ambitions. Letting him grow up in an adoption home that may give him a chance to make his life successful contrary to what his mother has lived. Rather than that, just kill the baby? Don't give him a choice? Don't ask what he wants cause he doesn't understand the situation? Are you hearing yourself? If you really dont want the baby keep it, and if it is born and you still dont like it give it to the adoption. If you suddenly has become attached to it? Then whats the problem? Doesnt it prove that you love your baby? Even though "it" has just been born for 3 hour? But what happens when you kill it? Well...try...then study about Post Abortion Syndrome

PRO CHOICE
4) Abortion is a safe medical procedure. The vast majority of women - 88% - who have an abortion do so in their first trimester. Medical abortions have less than 0.5% risk of serious complications and do not affect a woman's health or future ability to become pregnant or give birth.


PRO LIFE
Okkk? This is irrelivant, I am here to prove Abortion is Wrong, so why the heck should we look for procedures for safety? Ooooh that's right, because it is legal and saftier than back alley stuff. So is there any legal and painless way to murder someone. By the way, just read in wikipedia and ask people who had an abortion and are really honest about their feelings. Ask them what is Post Abortion Syndrome

PRO CHOICE
5) In the case of rape or incest, forcing a woman made pregnant by this violent act would cause further psychological harm to the victim. Often a woman is too afraid to speak up or is unaware she is pregnant, thus the morning after pill is ineffective in these situations. 

PRO LIFE
So correct evil, by doing evil? It's not the baby's fault, it was never his/her fault. So you think by killing an innocent being would be doing the right thing? Then you're no better than those people who committed this crime to you...You were helpless and yet they insisted on what they wanted. So you are gonna do the same, but this time worse, you're gonna kill an innocent being.


PRO CHOICE
6) Abortion is not used as a form of contraception. Pregnancy can occur even with responsible contraceptive use. Only 8% of women who have abortions do not use any form of birth control, and that is due more to individual carelessness than to the availability of abortion.

PRO LIFE
Well, as you probably already know we're talking about abortion, but still I am against contraception "another story" Well you see...8 % of women who have abortions didn't use any form, while 92 % who had abortion used contraceptions? What do this figures tell us, that's right carelessness. The thought of doing something that could create and change life, and treating it just a game. The thought "avoiding" mistakes and consequences. The thought that pre martial sex in a relationship is without consequence, and sex could be done as a recreational activity. That's what contraception teaches us, and that is what abortion is here for. To correct these mistakes? So someone has to die, and to pay for your mistakes? Well isn't that Fair? :D
